It's a concept created around a mission to provide clients  with alternative workout programs that are unique, and different from the traditional workout. ​

Self Defense Seminar

At the core of the program are simple but effective self defense techniques, appropriate for any age, strength, stamina, and gender. While learning these, the participants also gain critical team building skills, increase confidence in themselves and their colleagues, and learn to recognize potentially dangerous situations they may encounter. 

 

Lunch 'N Punch

The Lunch and Punch program is a two-hour course specifically designed for corporations and businesses. The central goal of this two-hour course is to better equip your staff with the tools to recognize and address aggressive, potentially dangerous behavior in the workplace. Our program not only improves your employees ability to handle difficult situations, but it also improves confidence and morale.

 

Strike First Fitness Bootcamp

Our performance - driven intensive program is designed to push your groups limits and have fun while doing it. Boot camp classes can be held almost anywhere. Company parking lot, nearby parks, inside the facility, or anywhere that is safe to exercise in a group setting. All of our sessions are built on Strike First  Fitness principles of training, a method that maximizes everyone's potential regardless of fitness level, and keeps exercise fun and exciting. All of the sessions run from 45 - 60 minutes. You will gain strength, burn calories, increase self-esteem, as well as build team camaraderie.

Fit 4 The Kingdom

Our Fit 4 The Kingdom program was designed for churches. This is a Leadership based training model that

incorporates both classroom teaching and physical exercises. This program includes a scheduled Strike First  Bootcamp session that takes the classroom instruction onto the field for physical demonstrations of what was learned.  Classroom instruction includes Team Building, Character Development, Goal Setting, Vision Casting, and more. The "Fit 4 The Kingdom" program is a 3 hour experience that will be life altering!

 

Zumba

Zumba is a fun and effective cardio workout moving to hot Latin & International music with sculpting exercises designed to tone the entire body from top to bottom. Depending on how you exert yourself, you could burn between 400 to 1000 calories per session! Our high impact sessions have something to offer all fitness levels. Take the "work" out of your workout and dance your way to a better, more healthier you! Ditch the work out, Join the Party!

A personal touch and more hands on approach to your fitness needs. This type of training allows you to ask more questions and to get your specific fitness needs addressed. 1 on 1 and private training programs offer an individualized, goal setting workout to help you perform and feel better. We have a variety of locations in which to train you, and we can also service you at your home or office. We are insured and qualified to bring our training program to you.

 "Fit Relay" Fitness made FUN!

Remember when exercise meant taking your two-wheeler out for a glory ride, playing kickball in the cul-de-sac, and chasing fireflies? As a kid, you didn't head out to the jungle gym looking for a workout, but you sure were getting one. When did exercise stop being fun? Looking for something that's different and fun? We put the FUN back into your workout. Choose teams and challenge family members to a fun and exciting experience.  Each team does a series of exercises at various stations set up on a course. Participants run from station to station in relay fashion. Participants waiting to be tagged are to carry out an appointed exercise at "their station. The winning team receives the "Fit Relay" trophy and bragging rights for the year!
